TropicVibe Maps
A Playwright-powered Google Maps scraper integrated with TropicVibe CRM for automated lead generation and conversion of villas and apartments on Samui.
What the product does
TropicVibe Maps is an automated lead generation and scraping engine for real estate listings from Google Maps. It combines a local Python/Playwright web scraper with a 3-tier deduplication engine (run-level, database-level via place_id check, and CRM deduplication by phone number). The pipeline uploads details, coordinates, and photos to Supabase. Inside TropicVibe CRM, a custom 'Maps' panel allows realtors to moderate listings, contact owners via WhatsApp, and instantly convert leads into production properties while auto-copying photos between storage buckets.

Implementation details
- Bypassing Google Maps crawler detection limits by adjusting Playwright selectors, simulating visible browser user interaction, and implementing randomized fetch delays.
- Developing a robust filtering logic to automatically skip sponsored cards and intermediary agencies (matching list of excluded categories) during execution.
- Architecting a transactional CRM conversion pipeline that checks for existing owners, registers property drafts, and copies raw image files directly between Supabase Storage buckets.
